Box Schemes
Box schemes (also known as veggie boxes or vegetable box scheme) have been going for many years now and are synonomous with organic farming. Local farmers got together to deliver their fresh, organic produce to local residents. More often than not this produce has been harvested just 24 hours before delivery, so the food is fresh and the nutritional content is still high.
Box Schemes have become very popular, and these days you can even find they contain meat and eggs - all produced locally of course!
