How do I get help with a problem?
We value everyone of our site visitors and if you have any problems with the site then all you need to do is:
1) Click on "Contact the Administration" at the bottom of the screen.
2) Complete the details and then click "Send". Please ensure that you describe the problem in detail, giving the steps you have taken, any error messages you may have received and your username.
3) We will then try our best to resolve any problems you may have as soon as possible. We endeavor to respond the same day but please allow up to 48 hours.
